Okuma Robot Loader - Drawer
The ORL-D is a compact, easy-to-use lathe tending system. Available in (3) sizes: ORL-D8, ORL-D16, and ORL-D29.
Each drawer with standard templates holds 23 parts (92 total) within its self-centering part templates. Large part and small part templates are available separately to provide additional part capacity and flexibility.
For operator convenience, the part drawers are able to be opened outside the robot working area to replenish parts. The robot is able to work a different drawer at the same time an operator is working on their drawer.

Okuma Robot Loader - Rotary
The ORL-R is a compact, easy-to-use lathe tending system. Available in (3) sizes: ORL-R8, ORL-R16, and ORL-R29.
Each side of the rotary table consist of a standard part tray. The ORL-R delivers with (4) sizes of part trays; 2", 3", 4", 5".
The robot utilizes a dual gripper—1 gripper dedicated to part loading and 1 gripper dedicated to part unloading.

Okuma Gantry Loader
The Okuma Gantry Loader (OGL) is a built-in solution for efficient parts load/unload and minimum takt time.
During workpiece load/unload, the headstock moves to that position, allowing the loader to enter the machine regardless of turret position.
