Oscillation Cutting From Tsugami

 

 

Oscillation Cutting by Tsugami is a technological breakthrough that oscillates a servo axis to help break chips in tough-to-cut, or malleable materials. This technology also reduces heat in the cut while extending tool life. Oscillation Cutting can be used for turning, drilling, boring, grooving, or cutoff operations.

Tsugami LaserSwiss: Precision CNC and Laser Machining in One Compact System

 

Tsugami’s LaserSwiss combines high-precision CNC Swiss machining with integrated laser cutting, available in 12-32mm capacities and power options from 100W to 750W. Built for industries like medical, hydraulic, and connectors, LaserSwiss enables micromachining of materials like aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel, achieving burr-free cuts and narrow slots as small as .0006 inches without secondary deburring.
